Meditation can help kids manage their anger and behave in more socially appropriate ways. Kids that are dealing with ADD and ADHD issues can use meditation therapy combined with drug therapy to gain more control over their lives and not be ruled by their brain chemistry.

Because it’s important to make the time to meditate no matter how busy you are you will need to get creative in how you approach mediation.
