You exercise your body to help keep it strong but you also need to exercise your mind to keep that strong. Meditation is rejuvenation for your body, mind and soul.
Meditation is good for your whole family. Kids that mediate have better self control, better imaginations, and more ability to focus and concentrate than kids that don’t. Meditation can help kids manage their anger and behave in more socially appropriate ways. Kids that are dealing with ADD and ADHD issues can use meditation therapy combined with drug therapy to gain more control over their lives and not be ruled by their brain chemistry.
Because it’s important to make the time to meditate no matter how busy you are you will need to get creative in how you approach mediation.
